This is the amount of data transfered back and forth to our servers regarding your account. If you have a 1 megabyte file and its downloaded 500 times and uploaded 500 times to your server then you will have used 1GB of bandwidth. The average usually does not exceed 10 megabytes for the whole website nor will most users view every portion of the site.
